Our EP Evaluator® Professional Service Packages are designed to assist clinical labs in setting up and configuring EP Evaluator to leverage the full power of the industry’s leading instrument validation and quality assurance software.

Choose from three different levels of support based on the needs of your lab:: 

  • EP Evaluator Kickstart Package. Best for labs that want to get configured quickly and train core users. Includes Configuration Setup Workshop and EP Evaluator Fundamentals Workshop, plus product troubleshooting and live support when needed.
  • EP Evaluator Advantage Package.  Best for labs using Instrument Manager™ (IM) that want to automate data capture. Includes everything in the Kickstart Package plus IM Data Migration Workshop, and up to 3 hours of version upgrade and data migration support.
  • Custom-scoped Services. For large enterprise laboratories in need of multiple workshop sessions and additional consulting hours.
 Service packages are effective for 12 months.
